The product adopts full automatic production equipment and one time injection molding as well as various technologies like high-gloss injection molding, insert molding, double-shot molding, gas aided injection molding, automatic robot production, vacuum absorption, etc. The company has accumulated rich experience in terms of synchronous development and has established cooperative relationship with many automobile parts suppliers in China.
Quality Control
In project management, the company strictly follows customer’s requirements and TS16949 automobile standards to set up the project development and control system, and applies major tools like AIAG APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP&CP for the implementation. We will make synchronous development with the vehicle manufacturer, and we will set up a project team and set the targets like development schedule, quality and costs, and make risk assessments through periodic summary and quality appraisal, and finally complete the product development and make mass production.
